Ordered our Azure yesterday evening and had a call from Molly to confirm things - she was so friendly and helpful and answered our questions. Very excited for delivery and to start using our new hot tub!!! Thanks Molly

Where to start?
Well that was my question too. Being a novice to the hot tub world, not only was I cautious to what tub suited my needs, but also spending money without visiting a showroom. Gregg put my mind at ease from our first phone call.
He went above and beyond, even sending photos and videos of the tub, including the orientation if the tub overlayed to a picture of my garden.
Communication was second to none, delivery delayed to suit my needs and a completely ‘pressure free’ sale. No hard sell!
Delivery day came and I had arranged my own HIAB hire, but the team, Kev & Aaron were on site ahead of time getting set up. They could have done it blindfolded.
They made sure we were happy with the positioning of the tub before filling and got a full walk around tour of the tub.
Could not rate the team highly enough!
And the tub, it’s gone down a treat with the kids too!
Plenty of jets, and a seat to suit all needs.

Well after my purchase the team were great they were fabulous and they were very polite and when they arrived they were very apologetic for the lateness but they put it in place and asked if that was where I wanted it very efficient with the install thanks lads one happy customer 👍

It’s been perfect for unwinding after work or hosting friends for a little spa night. The build quality is excellent, and the water stays at a perfect temperature.
