We had been looking for a hotub and after 3 missed delivery dates and over 3 months of waiting with no contact from another company we cancelled and contacted h20 hottub
From the 1st phone call we knew we was in the right hands and within 2 weeks we had are dream hottub with thanks to molly and the team
They come and sorted out all the fitting and set up with excellent knowledge

We did have one problem a week after delivery the display stopped working but a quick phone call and it was book in to be replaced with no hassle

Would definitely recommend this company if you want a hottub

Gregg was absolutely fantastic in helping us to settle on buying this tub and we certainly aren’t disappointed.
We drove 2 and a half hours to come and view and were in and out of every tub about 5 or 6 times until we discovered this one ticked more of the boxes for us. Absolutely love it thanks so much

We ended up going for the Lite instead of the XL and honestly, it was the best decision for us. The stronger back massage jets were exactly what we wanted, and we weren’t fussed about the extra leg jets. The fact that it was also cheaper was a big win! Molly made the whole thing simple, explained the differences clearly and didn’t push us either way, which we really appreciated. We’re so glad we trusted our gut – the back massages are incredible and the tub is getting used every day already.

We’ve just had our hot tub delivered and I honestly couldn’t be happier! From start to finish the service has been brilliant. Molly was an absolute star, answering all my random questions (and I had a lot!) with patience and a smile. The whole process felt easy and stress-free, and now we’ve got this amazing hot tub sitting in the garden that the whole family has already fallen in love with. The first soak was bliss – I might never leave it!

I think I may have already written a review about my tub but hey, it's definitely worth repeating after 4 years now I think just how brilliant this tub is.
I use it 340 mornings a year, the only thing keeping me out of it is illness. Rain, snow, wind, sun, best at 5am in the winter this is an awesome tub. In the winter the lid is frozen - insulation is great. It's only ever me that uses it which is a shame but maintains clean water is easy. Clean filter every week, 1 - 2 chlorine tabs and the occasional slug of softener. I have a vacuum to clean the silt that accumulates because the dog likes to play fetch in the morning.
I can't imagine a better way to start my day (+ice bath) my aching 60 year old body has less aches, mentally itbis amazing as it enables some calm in my very troubled mind.
Running costs - dunno, £50 a month? It's one of those costs that are so unimportant because of the benefits that you don't count them - definitely nothing bank breaking and easily way cheaper than a lunch out for two.
Just buy one and see for yourself how better a person you feel!
